The Panorama funding program launched by Investissement Québec supports diversification strategies requiring working capital financing for companies based in Quebec.

Funding Amount

The Panorama Program provides funding from CDN $250,000 up to $1 million, as a loan.

Eligible Applicants: The Panorama Program

Panorama funding program eligibility:

• Be a Quebec-based exporting company in need of working capital financing to support market diversification strategies and growth in Canada and abroad (outside the U.S.).
• Subsidized projects must involve a product or service with strong potential in the target market, comply with international trade rules and not involve any relocation to Quebec.

Objectives of the Panorama Program

Support export development in Canada (outside Quebec) and internationally (outside the U.S.) with financial assistance and coaching. Financial assistance is designed to support working capital needs for projects aimed at increasing or diversifying your sales in Canada and abroad, such as business development canvassing.

Eligible Projects

Funding is available for projects as follows:

• Costs associated with business development canvassing
• Opening a foreign office (sales, service or logistics)
• Fulfilling a contract with a buyer outside Quebec
• Acquiring a business abroad
• Purchasing new equipment or addition of a production line to meet the requirement of an international client
