Reporting to the Associate Director of Business Strategy, the ideal candidate has a passion for excellence, is driven to achieve his/her full potential and understands the value of building relationships with clients and growing our market share.

About your role

  • Build relationships with clients, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Lead territory strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with the Associate Director of Business Strategy and HR.
  • Generate leads when required to ensure that we get to our revenue goals.
  • Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.
  • Manage multiple opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve as the primary client contact for all related leads.
  • Generate referrals from the list of existing clients and maximize opportunities from the incoming leads (cross-selling).
  • Act as Consultant and deliver on government funding files for which fees are less than $10,000.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration
  • 3 to 4 years of Prior account Management experience
  • Knowledge of SR&ED & Grants Services would be an asset
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Being results driven and client focused
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently and in a team to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
