Support for Ontario agri-food producers and processors expanding into new markets
The Market Diversification and Trade Resiliency Initiative (MDTRI) is a Government of Ontario funding program designed to help agri-food primary producers and processors diversify domestic and international markets and strengthen trade resiliency.
The program prioritizes new and growing markets, with targeted support for businesses reducing reliance on the U.S. market while expanding sales, production capacity, and market readiness.
The time to act is now! Given the highly competitive nature of this program, it’s important to start the application quickly to build a comprehensive proposal and apply before funds run out.
