Turn your digital media work into strategic funding opportunities

The Interactive Digital Media Tax Credit (IDMTC) is one of British Columbia’s most powerful incentives for digital media creators. This fully refundable tax credit can help your company reduce labor costs on projects such as video games, educational software, simulators, and AR/VR experiences.

By lowering the financial barriers to innovation, the IDMTC gives you the freedom to push creative boundaries while strengthening B.C.’s reputation as a global hub for digital media. The program is designed to spark innovation, attract new investment, and create high-quality jobs across the province’s thriving tech and creative industries.
